北海道・洞爺湖町宿泊税導入に関して　/　Hokkaido＆Toyako Town Accommodation Tax

Effective April 1, 2026, in accordance with the implementation of the lodging tax ordinance in Hokkaido and Toyako Town, a lodging tax will be levied on all guests staying overnight.Additionally, coinciding with the introduction of the lodging tax, the bathing tax will be changed to ¥100 per night starting April 1, 2026.

The lodging tax is levied per person per night on the accommodation fee.
The lodging tax is collected separately from the accommodation fee by each lodging facility in accordance with local ordinances.

◆Accommodation Tax Details (Effective April 1, 2026)

Accommodation Charge（Per person per night）：
Hokkaido Accommodation Tax +Toyako Town Accommodation Tax＝Total

For amounts between（～19,999yen）：100yen+200yen＝300yen
For amounts between（20,000～49,999yen）：200yen+500yen＝700yen
For amounts between（50,000yen～)：500yen+1,000yen＝1,500yen

・ The lodging fee for lodging tax purposes refers to the room-only rate, excluding meal charges and other fees.

・ When making reservations online, the displayed total amount does not include the lodging tax, so you will need to pay it separately.

※Even for reservations paid in advance, the lodging tax will be charged at checkout.

Standard Room One Night Stay…100 yen
General Day Use … 100 yen
Hot spring guests (staying for 7 consecutive days or more for therapeutic purposes; per night)…50 yen
