In the winter, we bring you the Kids’ Program with activities including ski lessons and sledding.
Our private ski slope on a gentle hill is suited for beginners and perfect for your child’s skiing debut.

Would you happen to know the New York-based organization called The Leading Hotels of the World? Membership to the LHW is granted only to the world’s first class hotels upon inspection against the notoriously strict LHW standards.
In Japan, only six hotels have been inducted into the LHW, with the Imperial Hotel among the ranks. The Windsor Hotel TOYA Resort & Spa has also proudly gained membership into the prestigious organization.
In 2005, the LHW started recognizing first class spas of the world under another set of standards called “The Leading Spas”.
Inspectors arrive unannounced to check the spa’s techniques and services. As of today, the only spa in Japan recognized as one of “The Leading Spas” is our very own Bloom SPA Toya.
The Bloom SPA menu abounds in treatments borrowing the healing powers of nature.
For instance, the Lavender Healing treatment includes a full body scrub of Hokkaido lavender and yogurt.
The Season’s Treatment is available for a limited time as the natural ingredients are seasonal.
The Hot Stone Therapy uses volcanic rock to give superb relaxation to your muscles while you gaze out the window at active Mount Usu.
